I work out 4 – 5 days a week. Homophobia or fear of being thought of as a homosexual drives most young, fit men to work out and shower at home. Most men who do shower are like Myles and me — over 45. Many are average, nothing to write home about or offend. But way too many should be modeling for “Lard Asses are Us.” Now, don’t get me wrong. They are working out and should be commended for the effort. But, they don’t seem to be balancing it out with a reasonable diet. Exercise can only get you so far. Three six pack weekends — you’re done, no matter how many sit ups you do.

So, yes, Myles, thanks for providing us a role model. But, that’s as far as it goes.
